Beach Resort Rules and Policies

  1. The services offered may only be used during the resort’s opening hours, from 8:00 to 19:00, and are contingent upon the advance payment of the corresponding fees for the services requested, according to the rates set out in the displayed price list.
  2. The validity and effects of season passes and day tickets are conditional upon guests’ strict compliance with the conditions listed in these regulations. It is expressly agreed that violation of even one of the aforementioned conditions entitles the establishment’s management to terminate the contract, resulting in the suspension of services and the consequent forfeiture of any sums paid.
  3. Guests must keep tickets from purchased services and present them upon request to authorised personnel. Tickets issued are non-refundable.
  4. Guests may not bring their own beach equipment or furnishings (umbrellas, deckchairs, sun loungers, etc.) into the beach resort. It is also prohibited to occupy the shoreline, spread out beach towels on the sand, or hang towels over umbrellas to create structures that obstruct the view of the sea.
  5. Small and medium-sized dogs are permitted on the beach, provided they remain under their umbrella at the rear or in a position that does not disturb other beachgoers. They must be carried to their assigned umbrella and kept on a lead at all times.
  6. Portable refrigerators and cool boxes are not permitted on the beach. It is prohibited to consume food prepared under your own umbrella. During meal times, tables and chairs are reserved for customers of the self-service restaurant and hamburger bar. Waste must be disposed of in the designated bins. It is forbidden to leave rubbish anywhere else, even temporarily.
  7. It is prohibited to discard cigarette butts or paper on the beach.
  8. It is prohibited to light fires on the beach. Violators of this rule will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  9. All guests are asked to use the bathroom facilities appropriately. Toilets, showers, sinks, and foot-washing stations must be left clean and tidy.
  10. It is prohibited to play football, bocce ball, beach tennis, beach volleyball, or any other sport anywhere on the premises, particularly on the shoreline.
  11. It is prohibited to use any personal sound device that may cause disturbance.
  12. The resort management is not responsible for theft of any items left unattended in the changing rooms, under umbrellas, or anywhere else on the premises.
  13. Guests must use the beach facilities with care, avoiding damage, and must promptly inform resort management of any malfunction.
  14. Children must be accompanied by an adult; adults are responsible for the behaviour of the minors in their care.
  15. A beach spot, consisting of an umbrella and two loungers, is designed to accommodate a family of two adults and a few, if any, children. Larger groups must book additional beach spots.
  16. Lifeguard service is provided from 8:00 to 19:00.
  17. Beach set-up is handled exclusively by the resort’s staff. It is prohibited to move loungers or deckchairs from one umbrella to another or to occupy spaces not assigned by staff.
  18. Service subscriptions are personal and allow the holder to use all general services available to guests. The holder is therefore not permitted to host other guests. Each guest must have their own individual amenities. Transferring the subscription to third parties is not permitted without prior authorisation from management.
  19. No refunds will be issued for day tickets or season passes in the event of non-use for any reason, including adverse weather or the closure of the swimming pool due to an ordinance.
  20. The sun loungers and showers on the solarium terrace are reserved for guests who have purchased the specific service.
  21. It is prohibited to climb onto the lifeboat, touch the rescue equipment, or linger in the area around the lifeguard tower.
  22. Guests must comply with these regulations and the ordinances of the Puglia Region and the Port Authority regarding beach resorts, which are displayed at the entrance to the establishment. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in removal from the establishment. Anyone who uses violence, threats, or insults towards staff will be reported pursuant to Articles 336, 341, and 357 of the Italian Criminal Code.
  23. Any behavior by a guest that causes disturbance or damage will result in immediate removal from the establishment, with the possibility of reporting the incident to the Public Safety Authority and seeking compensation for any resulting damages.
  24. Management reserves the right to refuse reservations from individuals or families who have previously engaged in improper or detrimental behaviour towards our company or our customers.
